In brief, Tech Internals Conf is about rigorous software engineering.
It explores technologies in depth: the internals of technological components, primarily from a software engineering standpoint—how they actually operate and interoperate with other components.

It focuses on technologies applied to building systems. Technology without practical application has limited value, and most complexity arises at the interfaces between components rather than within isolated ones. Systems are assembled from components, yet the whole exceeds the sum of its parts; building a system requires more than knowing the parts individually.

It also covers real cases where technologies were used to build large-scale and high-load systems. TIC reflects on what has been implemented with advanced components and the systems created from them. It is about large-scale, heavily loaded, real-world systems we use daily and often take for granted, ignoring the complexity beneath. It is not about theory; it is about accomplished results, challenges faced, and lessons learned.
